Complaint from Daniel K Tyler, TXabout 1 year agoYou hired someone who had just recently completed her ccma course and passed state certification. At her interview you told her you would train her knowing she had no experience. For two weeks you told her how great she was doing, let her get excited about her future there. Then without any warnings or corrective action you fired her stating she wasn’t progressing. Is this how ccmas are treated?
